Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Twin CV when you use twincv.com — written to be read, not skimmed.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Twin CV, provided at twincv.com and my.twincv.com by Twin CV ("we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a Quick CV session, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Last updated: 31 July 2026.

1. The service

Twin CV lets you build a CV with the help of an AI assistant, upload an existing CV (PDF or DOCX) for automatic parsing, and publish an AI twin — a chat interface on your public page that answers visitors' questions from the content of your CV. The service also includes AI tools such as an ATS compatibility score, a cover-letter generator and a job-description matcher, a custom public link, visitor chat history, and PDF export. The interface is available in English, Persian and Turkish.

2. Accounts and Quick CV sessions

You can use Quick CV at my.twincv.com/quick-cv without an account; when you create one, everything you have built carries over. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for the activity on your account. Provide accurate information, and use the service only if you are legally able to accept these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

When using Twin CV, you agree not to:

impersonate another person or publish a CV you have no right to publish;
upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others;
attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or reverse engineer it;
use the visitor chat to harass or abuse anyone.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Your content

Your CV stays yours. You keep every right to the content you enter, and you grant us only a limited licence to host, process and display it in order to run the service — including generating your twin's answers. When you publish your public page, its content becomes visible to its visitors.

5. AI-generated answers

Your twin's answers are generated by AI from the content of your CV. They may be incomplete or imperfect, or phrased differently from how you wrote things. The twin is designed to rely only on your CV, but no AI system is error-free, and its answers are not professional advice.

6. Plans and billing

Twin CV currently offers the Starter plan, which is free. If paid plans are introduced, prices will be shown clearly before purchase, and renewals, cancellations and refunds will follow the terms shown at checkout at the time of purchase.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached, giving notice where reasonable. When an account ends, its public page is taken offline; deletion of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes are announced on the site and the date above is updated. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
